Bengal Exam Acceptable Use Policy
Bengal Exam is an online platform designed to help users prepare for examinations. To ensure that the platform remains safe, fair, and useful for everyone, you agree to use the Service responsibly and in line with the following rules.
Content Restrictions
You must not upload, share, or publish any content that:
is obscene, sexually explicit, or pornographic in nature;
could cause physical, mental, or emotional harm to yourself, another person, or even animals;
risks damage or loss to property or individuals;
attempts to exploit or endanger children by exposing them to harmful material or asking for private details;
breaks any law, or encourages unlawful activity;
contains material that is hateful, violent, abusive, offensive, defamatory, racist, invasive of privacy, harassing, threatening, humiliating, or otherwise inappropriate;
includes illegal information (for example, insider trading details or stolen trade secrets);
infringes on the intellectual property, privacy, or rights of others;
you do not have the authority or legal right to share; or
is misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive in any way.
Prohibited Behaviours
You agree not to:
Use Bengal Exam’s name, brand, logo, or design layout without written approval;
Access or interfere with restricted areas of the platform, servers, or systems;
Try to test or bypass the security of Bengal Exam’s systems or networks;
Disable, avoid, or tamper with any security or protective measures used by Bengal Exam or its partners;
Use bots, crawlers, scrapers, or other automated tools (except approved browsers) to collect or download content;
Send spam, unsolicited messages, advertisements, or promotional material through the platform;
Hide or disguise information by using Bengal Exam’s name, trademarks, or product names without permission;
Use the Service for commercial gain or on behalf of a third party unless explicitly allowed by Bengal Exam;
Forge digital headers, manipulate source information, or send deceptive communications through the Service;
Reverse-engineer, disassemble, or tamper with Bengal Exam’s software;
Spread viruses, overload systems, flood, spam, or otherwise disrupt the platform’s operation;
Collect personal data from other users without their clear consent;
Pretend to be someone else or falsely claim an affiliation;
Break any law while using the Service;
Ask for or store other users’ login details, passwords, or authentication data;
Help or encourage anyone else to carry out these prohibited actions;
Share your login information with friends, family, or others to access a single account jointly.
Enforcement Rights
Bengal Exam may, at its own discretion, remove any user content that violates this policy or the Terms of Service. BengalExam also has the right to suspend or permanently terminate user accounts, with or without notice, if it believes a violation has occurred—or even without giving a reason.
